Off The Beaten Track WA invites you to listen to the sound of the water cascading downstream as you enjoy a delicious High Tea with your beloved child on the Mummy (or Daddy) & Me Hike Tea.
Whistlepipe Gully is a leisurely 3.5km trail in Mundy Regional Park that takes you along the gully's edge past cascades and small waterfalls. The scenery on this hike is very pretty with the banks of the gully lined with lush green foliage, paper-bark trees and a variety of wildflowers.
Please note: This event is suitable for children aged 4 and up. But you know your child best, if they can make the distance of 3.5km and a few small hills then they’ll be fine.
Includes: Guided hike & gourmet high tea.
What to Bring? Camera, water, a good attitude and big smile!
Meeting Place: Please meet at the car park at the end of Lewis Rd, Forestfield at 8:45am for registration, introductions and safety briefing.
COVID-19 Measures: We encourage all hikers to keep a distance of 1.5m away from others and utilise the hand sanitizer available whilst on our hikes. If you are unwell, please stay at home, and we’ll do the same. If the sharing of food is still not deemed safe by this event start date, trail snacks will be provide as an alternative to gourmet morning tea.
Off The Beaten Track WA provide a trained and experienced Lead Guide and Tail Ender for our hikes. We carry two-way communication devices, a personal location beacon when phone signal is not available and we’re a fully licensed, insured and accredited Western Australian tourism business provide hiking and adventure experiences with a twist!
