Perth Hills Meditation Hike

Be guided along the Bibbulmun Track from Perth Hills Discovery Centre, through lush Jarrah forest and into serenity. As you take steps through the wilderness you'll notice the mixed jarrah forest that surrounds you, complete with xanthorrhoeas, zamia palms and spots of colourful wildflowers. We'll take a narrow, windy trail lined with karri hazel to our granite meditation zone. As we find our zen the sounds of nature will ignite our experience and sink us deeper into a state of bliss!  

After a delicious and nutritious morning tea and some warming herbal tea, we'll retrace our steps through the forest to complete our hiking experience.

Terrain: Total hike distance is 10kms, the terrain is quite gentle, with only a few moderate hills.

Meeting Place: Perth Hills Discovery Centre, Allen Rd, Mundaring. Please aim to arrive 15 mins early to ensure a prompt departure.

What to Bring? 

• Backpack with 2-3L of water
• Yoga mat or towel to sit on during meditation
• Camera
• Personal first aid/medications
• Hat, sunscreen & insect repellent
• Sturdy hiking or walking shoes
• Raincoat & warm layer
• A sense of adventure & a big smile!
