After a sell out success for our Summer Program, our Autumn/Winter Program will sure to be popular.

Each session will be slightly different in terms of distance and terrain. Each hike is designed to challenge you and your fitness. We walk fast on the flat terrain, and you’ll hike at your own pace up hills. This is NOT a bootcamp, it is HikeFit! 

This program is for anyone who enjoys being outdoors, who wants to maintain or increase their fitness levels and loves hiking! 

Investment: $350 incl GST

Inclusions:

• 8 x weekly hikes of about 6-8kms

• A fun and experienced Hiking Guide to plan and guide you on your HikeFit journey

• A stress free and motivating environment, where all you have to do is show up with a sense of adventure, determination and enjoy the hike

• A fun way to transform your mind, body and soul and reach your health and wellness goals ready for the 2023 hiking season

• Nature connection and mindfulness moments 

• SMART Goal setting and Fitness Test on first and last session to measure your progress

• Access to a Private Facebook Group where we can connect and support each other, helpful trail nutrition information, + share hike and progress pics. 

• 10% off all other OTBT day hikes for the duration of your 8 week program. 

What to Bring? Small back pack with 2-3ltrs water, hiking poles, head torch, rain coat (just in case), camera, a good attitude and big smile!
