Join us for "Putting Myself First," a 3-day hiking empowerment workshop aimed at women, on WA's very own world renowned Bibbulmun Track. This immersive experience combines the tranquillity of nature with empowering activities designed to nurture self-discovery and personal growth. Each day involves invigorating hikes through stunning landscapes, setting up camp under the stars, and engaging in reflective sessions to foster self-awareness and resilience. Our expert guide will lead you through mindful practices and group discussions, creating a supportive environment for personal transformation. Itinerary:

Day 1: 9am Guests transported from RV Park, Jarrahdale to Brookton Highway by the OTBT Bus.

Hike Brookton Highway – Canning Campsite 8.6kms

Day 2: Hike Canning Campsite – Monadnocks Group Campsite 13.6kms

Day 3: Hike Monadnocks Group Campsite – South Side of Mt Cooke 20kms

Guests PU via the OTBT Bus and dropped back to the RV Park, Jarrahdale arriving back at approximately 4pm

Distance: Total hike distance over 3 days is approximately 42kms.

Fitness/Experience Level: The trail is mixed terrain but majority of the hike is quite gentle. There are a couple of inclines/declines but very manageable. We’ll be going a pace where everyone can enjoy the journey as well as the destination. Suitable for beginner hikers with a reasonable level of fitness. If you're unsure of your suitability, please contact us.

Includes: 3 days of guided hiking, transport to/from track, all logistics planning, hiking skills facilitated throughout, discussion on barriers, plus participants will be provided with a Information pack with a packing list and preparation notes.

What to Bring? Participants will be provided with an Information pack that contains a packing list and preparation notes. As a rough guide you will require a tent, meals & snacks, sleeping mat, sleeping bag, stove, pots & stove gas, liner, pillow, clothes, toiletries, 3ltrs water, and a pack big enough to put it all in (55-65ltr). 

Gear Hire: OTBT has tents, sleeping mats, stove & pot sets, 65ltr backpacks available to hire. Please add gear on the extras page as you move through the booking process. Please note you will be required to pay a refundable bond on hired equipment upon pick up. The bond fee is dependent on the equipment hired. Equipment can be collected from our "Basecamp" in Serpentine the week of the tour.

Off The Beaten Track WA provide a trained and experienced Lead Guide for our hikes. We carry two-way communication devices, a personal location beacon when phone signal is not available and we’re a fully licensed, insured and accredited Western Australian tourism business provide hiking and adventure experiences with a twist!
