The Rocky Pools Walk Trail in Kalamunda National Park is a scenic and moderately challenging hike that showcases the natural beauty of the Perth Hills. This 5 km loop follows sections of the iconic Bibbulmun Track, winding through lush jarrah and marri forests, granite outcrops, and picturesque valleys. The highlight of the trail is Rocky Pools, a series of tranquil rock pools along Piesse Brook, which flow after winter rains, creating a serene and refreshing stop for hikers. The trail offers stunning wildflowers in spring, diverse birdlife, and sweeping views of the surrounding bushland. With some steep and rocky sections, it provides an adventurous yet rewarding experience hikers.
