Vibrations in Nature | Rocky Pools Hike & Sound Bath

From AUD $70.00
  • Duration: 3 Hours (approx.)
  • Location: Kalamunda, WA
  • Product code: PBQZPM

Description: Step into serenity on this 3km guided hike along a peaceful section of the iconic Bibbulmun Track in the Perth Hills. As you wander through the whispering forest and alongside tranquil gullies, you’ll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with the rhythm of nature.

Our mindful walk leads to Rocky Pools, a hidden sanctuary surrounded by granite outcrops, where you’ll hear the gentle flow of water in winter and the cheerful birdsong of spring. Here, you’ll settle into stillness as Maria from Parnita’s Yoga guides you through a restorative sound bath.

Sound baths are a deeply meditative experience where you’re “bathed” in sound waves created by instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes and rattles. These soothing vibrations fill the space and your body, helping to release stress, calm the mind, and restore inner balance. During a sound bath, the brain shifts from its normal waking state to relaxed and dreamlike states, allowing the body to recalibrate as heart rate and blood pressure decrease.

Feel the earth beneath your feet, the forest around you, and the calm within as you walk, breathe, and simply be. This experience is a sensory immersion in nature; grounding, rejuvenating, and deeply peaceful.
