Vibrations in Nature | Mt Vincent Sunset Sound Bath

- Duration: 4 Hours (approx.)
- Location: Mt Cooke, WA
- Product code: PRM6M0
Description: Step into serenity on this 4km guided sunset hike through the enchanting jarrah and marri forest of the Bibbulmun Track in the Darling Range. As the late afternoon light filters through the trees, we'll wander from Sullivan Rock to the summit of Mt Vincent where you’ll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with the rhythm of nature.
Our mindful walk leads you to a warm granite outcrop overlooking the valley, the perfect spot to watch the sky blush with sunset hues. Here, you’ll settle into stillness as Maria from Parnita’s Yoga guides you through a restorative sound bath beneath the open sky.
Sound baths are a deeply meditative experience where sound waves from gongs, singing bowls, and chimes ripple through the body, calming the mind and restoring balance. Feel the earth beneath you, the vibrations resonating through stone and skin, and the gentle breeze against your face — pure, grounding bliss.
Complete your experience with antipasto grazing, herbal tea and a twilight walk under the stars back to Sullivan Rock.
